PROBATE INVENTORY

The probate courts usually request an inventory to be presented listing the possessions of the deceased.  Sometimes a simple list is sufficient, but many times a value needs to be placed alongside the description.

To ensure the values are correct, an accredited senior appraiser is hired to determine what values are to be applied to the heirlooms, residential contents, art, jewelry, coins, antiques and other.  Finding the right appraiser can make a huge difference in making this process go smoothly.

To find the most qualified appraiser, call Southwestern Appraisal Specialists for a referral in their network of accredited appraisers.
